  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice

Instructions

  2. Cook the sausage: Until browned on both sides, about 5–6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers: In the same pan for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  4. Add garlic: Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and spices: Add oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Return sausage to the skillet.
  6. Simmer: For 5–10 minutes until heated through and flavors are combined.
