Puff Pastry:

- 1 teaspoon dried sage

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the sausage, thyme, sage, garlic, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out pastry: Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle on a floured surface and cut it in half lengthwise.
- Add filling: Shape sausage mixture into logs on each pastry strip, fold over, and seal edges.
- Cut and bake: Cut each roll into pieces, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
