Description

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Egg Wash:

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the sausage, thyme, sage, garlic, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
