Filling:

  • 4 large eggs (2 for filling, 1 for scramble, 1 for egg wash)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon or sausage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
