For the Seafood Filling:

  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp (chopped)
  • 1/2 pound cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare bread: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Hollow out the bread loaf and brush with melted butter.
