- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare bread: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Hollow out the bread loaf and brush with melted butter.
