- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For the Stir-Fry:
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- cooked jasmine rice for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Toss the sliced beef with cornstarch until coated.
- Make the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Cook the Beef: Sear beef in batches until browned, then set aside.
- Stir-Fry: Cook broccoli, garlic, and ginger, then add beef and sauce. Cook until thickened.
