Cauliflower:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sesame Glaze:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare cauliflower: Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Make sesame glaze: In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
- Coat cauliflower: Toss roasted cauliflower in the glaze. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
