  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Additional Ingredients:

  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • Sesame seeds and chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Make the sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
  3. Cook the protein: Brown steak slices in a skillet, then cook shrimp until pink. Set aside.
