    Flank Steak or Sirloin, thinly sliced:

    1/2 pound

    Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined:

    1/2 pound

    Soy Sauce:

    2 tablespoons

    Oyster Sauce:

    1 tablespoon

    Hoisin Sauce:

    1 tablespoon

    Sesame Oil:

    1 tablespoon

    Vegetable Oil:

    1 tablespoon

    Garlic, minced:

    2 cloves

    Fresh Ginger, grated:

    1 tablespoon

    Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced:

    1/2

    Shredded Carrots:

    1/2 cup

    Green Onions, sliced:

    Sesame Seeds and Lime Wedges for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Cook the proteins: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, and cook the steak until browned. Set aside. Cook shrimp until pink and opaque. Set aside.
  4. Stir-fry: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and carrots. Add cooked noodles and sauce. Toss to coat.
  5. Combine: Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Stir until heated through.
  6. Serve: Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges. Enjoy hot!
