Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced:

Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
- Cook the proteins: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, and cook the steak until browned. Set aside. Cook shrimp until pink and opaque. Set aside.
- Stir-fry: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and carrots. Add cooked noodles and sauce. Toss to coat.
