Shrimp Boil:

- 1/2 pound baby red potatoes
- 2 ears corn on the cob (cut into thirds)
- 1 smoked sausage link (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Lemon Brown Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
For serving:

Instructions
- Prepare Shrimp Boil: Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until just tender.
- Add the corn and sausage to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and Old Bay seasoning, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Drain the shrimp boil and transfer everything to a large serving platter.
- Make Lemon Brown Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and smells nutty, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the lemon brown butter sauce over the shrimp boil and toss gently to coat.
- Serve warm with extra lemon wedges.
