Shrimp Patties:
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
- 4 burger buns

- sliced tomato
- tartar sauce or aioli for serving
Instructions
- Prepare Shrimp Mixture: Pat shrimp dry and process half in a food processor. Chop remaining shrimp and combine with paste, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Form Patties: Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.
- Cook Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Assemble Burgers: Toast buns if desired. Build burgers with lettuce, tomato, shrimp patty, and sauce.
