  • 12 oz uncooked penne or linguine

Shrimp:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Sauce:

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Cook the shrimp: Season shrimp and cook until pink; set aside.
  4. Make the sauce: Sauté garlic, red pepper flakes, add wine/broth, lemon juice, simmer.
