  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add ground beef, cook until browned. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer.
  3. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Assemble Casserole: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, beef mixture, and cream cheese mixture. Transfer to a baking dish.
