Marinade:

Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate Chicken: Add chicken cubes to the marinade, toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat Grill: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Skewer Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with space between each piece.
- Grill Chicken: Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and charred.
- Serve: Sprinkle with cilantro, serve hot with lime wedges.
