  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Add chicken cubes to the marinade, toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat Grill: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with space between each piece.
  5. Grill Chicken: Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and charred.
  6. Serve: Sprinkle with cilantro, serve hot with lime wedges.
