Chicken:

Caprese Toppings:

  • 2 large tomatoes (sliced)
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Pound and Season Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
