Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Caprese Toppings:
- 2 large tomatoes (sliced)
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella (sliced)
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped or whole for garnish)
Instructions
- Pound and Season Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
