Description

These delicious sliders are perfect for any occasion, from a casual family dinner to a game day gathering. Juicy beef patties, melted cheese, and a tangy sauce make these mini burgers a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • For the patties:

1 lb ground beef (80/20), 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • For assembling:

6 slider buns, 6 slices cheddar cheese (or preferred cheese), 1/2 cup sliced pickles, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting buns), optional toppings: shredded lettuce, tomato slices, sautéed onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your cooking surface: Grill, skillet, or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the patty ingredients: Combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Shape into 6 small patties.
  3. Cook the patties: Cook for 3–4 minutes per side. Add cheese slices on top to melt.
  4. Toast the buns: Toast buns with butter until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard together.
  6. Assemble the sliders: Spread sauce on buns, add cooked patties, pickles, and toppings. Finish with the top bun and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use ground turkey or plant-based meat for a different twist.
  • For a larger batch, consider baking sliders using Hawaiian rolls on a sheet pan.
