Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken Mixture: Place the chicken, mixed vegetables, potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker. Sprinkle flour over the top and toss to coat. Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine.
  2. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and vegetables are cooked through.
  3. Finish: Shred chicken, return to slow cooker, stir in cream and butter, and cook on high for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
