Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Potato Layers:

  • 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

Other Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.
