  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Noodles and Vegetables:

  • 8 ounces spaghetti or lo mein noodles
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes if using.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top. Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until tender. Shred the chicken and return it to the slow cooker.
  3. Cook the Noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Add carrots, bell pepper, and snap peas to the slow cooker and cook for 10–15 minutes. Toss in the cooked noodles, garnish, and serve.
