- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
Caesar Slaw:
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
For Serving:
- Extra Caesar dressing
- Shaved Parmesan
- Cracked black pepper
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Mix ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Divide into 6 portions and roll into balls.
- Cook Chicken Tacos: Flatten chicken balls on tortillas in a preheated skillet. Cook until golden and crisp.
- Make Caesar Slaw: Toss romaine with Caesar dressing and Parmesan.
- Assemble Tacos: Top each taco with Caesar slaw, extra dressing, Parmesan, and black pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
