Ingredients
Smoked Salmon Dip:
- 8 ounces smoked salmon, finely chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges and extra herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, dill, and chives. Gently fold in the chopped smoked salmon until evenly distributed. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld. Garnish with extra herbs and lemon wedges if desired. Serve chilled with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.
