- 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
Peppers and Onions:
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Seasonings and Others:
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Sausage: Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown smoked sausage slices for 5–6 minutes, then set aside.
- Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, cook bell peppers and onion until tender and slightly caramelized, about 7–8 minutes.
- Season and Combine: Add garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, pepper. Return sausage to skillet, add rice, mix until heated through.
