- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1 ½ cups shredded sweetened coconut (divided)

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, and ½ cup of the shredded coconut. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
- Once firm, use a small cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the fudge and roll into 1-inch balls. Roll each truffle in the remaining 1 cup shredded coconut until fully coated.
- Chill for another 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
