- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 large egg

Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in cheese, bacon, and jalapeño.
- Fry the Poppers: Heat oil to 350°F. Drop rounded tablespoons of batter into the hot oil and fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
