Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water (slurry)
Vegetables:
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions (sliced)
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Toss chicken with cornstarch and soy sauce. Cook in olive oil until golden.
- Sauté Vegetables: Sauté bell peppers, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Make Sauce: Whisk honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, and black pepper. Pour over chicken and veggies.
