- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir well.
- Form crisps: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flatten into thin circles.
