Description

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 6 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
