- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10-ounce) bag fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
- 3 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Saute Spinach: In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic, add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: Mix ricotta, egg, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in cooked spinach.
