- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté Spinach: In a skillet, warm olive oil and sauté garlic. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Let cool.
