  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Spinach Filling:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Filling: Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Stuff the Chicken: Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, season, and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Sear the Chicken: Sear stuffed chicken in a skillet until golden.
  5. Bake: Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
