Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Toss halved baby potatoes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cook the Potatoes: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add seasoned potatoes, and cook for 15–18 minutes until golden and tender. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- Cook the Steak: Increase heat to medium-high, add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the skillet, and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side. Add butter and garlic, then return potatoes to the skillet. Toss together and cook for another minute.
