Steak:

Sauce:

- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish:
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook Rotini: Prepare rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
