Cabbage Stir-Fry:

  • 1 small head green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper or black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Egg Mixture:

  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare Egg Mixture: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet, scramble eggs until just set, then set aside.
  2. Stir-Fry: Heat remaining oil, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Add cabbage, stir-fry until slightly softened. Return eggs to the pan, season with soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and salt. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve warm with rice.
