Main Cake:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup buttermilk

- 2 cups fresh strawberries (diced and lightly tossed in 1 tablespoon flour)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3–4 minutes.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Alternate additions: Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternately with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
- Fold in strawberries: Gently fold in the floured strawberries until evenly distributed.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60–70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
