Description

This Strawberry Coconut Cloud Smoothie is a creamy, refreshing blend packed with wholesome ingredients like frozen bananas, strawberries, raspberries, cashew milk, and protein powder. Enhanced by almond butter and a touch of vanilla, this smoothie features a beautiful coconut yogurt swirl and freeze-dried strawberry garnish for a delightful texture and flavor. Perfect for a nutritious breakfast or energizing snack.

Ingredients

Scale

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 scoops Ka’Chava Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Garnish

  • 3 large dollops coconut yogurt
  • Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Break the frozen bananas into chunks or cut with a knife to help your blender process them more easily and ensure a smooth consistency.
  2. Blend Smoothie: Add all smoothie ingredients into a high-powered blender. Start blending on low speed for 30 seconds, then gradually increase to medium-high speed and blend for an additional 2 minutes until the mixture is fully smooth and creamy.
  3. Create Coconut Yogurt Swirls: Spoon three large dollops of coconut yogurt into the bottom of your serving glass. Use a spoon to swirl the yogurt upward along the sides of the glass to create a marbled effect.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries around the inside of the glass to enhance the visual appeal. Pour the smoothie mixture gently into the glass over the yogurt swirls and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, use a high-powered blender to achieve a creamy, smooth texture.
  • Frozen bananas are essential to create the thick, cloud-like consistency.
  • Feel free to substitute almond butter with any other nut butter of your choice.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding a little honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
