- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake.
- Prepare cheesecake base: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and sour cream. Pour over crust and bake.
- Cool and refrigerate: Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Make topping and coat: Combine crushed Oreos, strawberries, and melted butter. Coat cheesecake chunks and serve chilled.
