Description

This delightful Strawberry Granola recipe combines wholesome rolled oats, crunchy nuts, sweet strawberries, and warm spices for a delicious and nutritious breakfast treat.

Dry Ingredients:

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries (lightly crushed)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, pecans, coconut, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla.
  4. Combine and bake: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, stir to coat evenly. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Cool and add strawberries: Let granola cool without stirring to form clusters. Mix in crushed strawberries once cooled.
  6. Store: Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
