Simple Syrup:

- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- Prepare Mint Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, and mint leaves. Heat until sugar dissolves, then let mint steep and strain.
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, mix strawberries, mint syrup, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
- Strain Mixture: Pass the blend through a sieve to remove seeds, if desired.
- Chill and Churn: Refrigerate the mixture, then churn in an ice cream maker. Freeze before serving.

- For a smoother texture, strain the mixture before chilling.
- Adding a splash of vodka can prevent the sorbet from freezing too hard.
