Ingredients
Scale
For the Strawberry Mojito:
- 6 fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 2 ounces white rum
- ½ cup club soda (or to taste)
- ice cubes
- extra mint and strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle the Ingredients: In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the sliced strawberries, mint leaves, and sugar until the berries release their juices and the mint is fragrant.
- Add Lime Juice and Rum: Add the fresh lime juice and white rum, and stir or shake gently to combine.
- Prepare the Drink: Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice, including the muddled fruit and mint. Top with club soda to your liking and give it a light stir.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with extra mint leaves and a strawberry on the rim before serving.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add a splash of lemon-lime soda or more club soda.
- You can also make this in a pitcher for a crowd—just multiply the ingredients accordingly.
