For the Fudge:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon strawberry extract or strawberry emulsion
  • 1–2 drops pink or red food coloring (optional)
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

For Topping:

  • Additional crushed strawberries
  • Additional chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fudge: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir in vanilla extract, strawberry extract, and food coloring. Fold in crushed strawberries and chopped pecans. Pour into pan.
  2. Add Toppings: Sprinkle extra crushed strawberries and pecans over the fudge mixture. Press gently.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
