- 8 ounces whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
Strawberry Topping:
- 2 cups boiling water
- 6 ounces strawberry gelatin mix
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare Pretzel Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Make Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over pretzel crust and chill.
- Prepare Strawberry Topping: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sliced strawberries and pour over cream cheese layer. Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy chilled.
