Description

Sugar Cookie Fudge is a delightful no-bake treat combining the creamy richness of sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate with the nostalgic flavor of sugar cookie mix. Enhanced with vanilla and almond extracts and colorful sprinkles, this fudge is perfect for festive occasions or anytime you crave a sweet, creamy bite.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Cookie and Flavor

  • 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix (dry, from a box)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons colorful sprinkles (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal of the fudge later.
  2. Melt the chocolate mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until the white chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add cookie mix and flavorings: Stir in the dry sugar cookie mix, vanilla extract, almond extract if using, and a pinch of salt until the mixture is fully combined and has thickened slightly.
  4. Incorporate sprinkles: Quickly fold in the 2 tablespoons of colorful sprinkles to evenly distribute them throughout the fudge mixture.
  5. Set the fudge: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Top with extra sprinkles if desired for a festive look.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours or until the fudge is firm and set.
  7. Serve: Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Slice into 36 squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use holiday-themed sprinkles to make this fudge festive for any occasion.
