  • 1 (425g / 15 oz) can tuna in spring water (drained and flaked)
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (elbow or penne)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil spray (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make the sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk and seasonings. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
