  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Additional:

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss or mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, grated onion, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
