  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

For Serving:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated onion, egg, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.

  3. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add beef broth, cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened.
