  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Cook the meatballs: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and cook meatballs until browned and cooked through.
  3. Make the sauce: Whisk together brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs and simmer until thickened.
