Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and grease it. Sift together dry ingredients.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Add vanilla and milk. Gently fold in dry ingredients. Bake.
- Roll the Cake: Dust a towel with powdered sugar. Roll the baked cake in the towel and let it cool.
- Prepare Filling: Whip cream with sugar and vanilla. Unroll the cake, spread cream, add cherry filling, roll back up.
- Chill and Serve: Drizzle with melted chocolate, garnish, chill for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
