- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.

- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
