- 1/4 to 1/2 cup cold water
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and ground cumin if using. The mixture will thicken initially.
- Adjust Consistency: Gradually whisk in cold water, a little at a time, until the sauce is smooth and pourable.
