- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 (28 oz) bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Beef Mixture: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, then drain excess grease.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in soup, milk, salt, pepper. Mix in vegetables and 1 cup of cheese.
- Layer and Bake: Spread mixture in dish. Top with tater tots and remaining cheese. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Rest before serving.
