Main Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, mayo or extra teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Mix the Burger Patty: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, teriyaki sauce, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
- Cook the Patties: Cook the patties on a grill or skillet for 4–5 minutes per side. Add a slice of American cheese on top during the last minute to melt.
- Assemble the Burgers: Toast the buns, then assemble the burgers with desired toppings. Serve hot.
